Returning Student Registration Form
The Returning Student Registration Form (formerly Demographic Updates Form) is available to families from September 9 to October 5. This form is accessed via the Parent Portal and is an opportunity each year to review and update student information and also includes our yearly permissions and consents.

Thursday, December 4th - PD Day/Progress Conferences - No School for Students

Progress Conferences with teachers will be taking place next Thursday, December 4th from 1:00-3:00 pm and from 4:00-6:00 pm. Paper copies of the sign up forms went home with students and for your convenience, an electronic copy is attached below. Please fill out and return to your child's teacher as soon as possible to secure an appointment time. You will receive confirmation from them of your appointment time prior to December 4th.

There will be no school for students at all on December 4th as staff will be participating in a morning of professional practice and will be meeting with families in the afternoon.

Thank you for your time and attention to this and for your continued support. Communication between home and school remains a priority for the Smokey Drive Elementary community.
